Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene regulations, CB-X can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and still in their original heat-sealed factory packaging. Please ensure you have verified your sizing requirements before breaking the seal, as used intimacy devices cannot be resold or returned.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your item is still in its original, unopened vacuum seal; items with broken safety seals or signs of wear are ineligible for return due to health protocols.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unopened product in a discreet shipping box along with your RMA form, ensuring the exterior does not disclose the sensitive nature of the contents.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the factory seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee.
